Thank you for being here.

If you’ve found your way to this page, something in your life may be feeling heavy or uncertain.

At times, life can feel like a puzzle scattered across the table — pieces that don’t fit, feel missing, or no longer seem to belong. Therapy offers a gentle place to pause, look at those pieces with care, and begin to understand how they might come together.

You don’t need to have the picture figured out before you begin. I’m here with you — sitting beside you as we make sense of what’s in front of you, together.

When you are ready, I invite you to reach out.

A Human Approach to Therapy

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and people come to it for many different reasons. None of us are immune to challenges, and the people I work with are regular humans — just like you and me — doing their best.

I believe there is value in approaching our struggles without judgement or shame. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to offer a space where you can show up as you are, gain new perspectives, and build greater confidence to live authentically.

Ways We Can Work Together

  • Individual Therapy

An opportunity to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you are experiencing. Together, we create space to process feelings, explore what feels important, and work toward meaningful change.

  • Couples Therapy

A space to explore what’s happening between you, with care for both individual and shared experiences. Together, we work with recurring patterns in ways that support greater understanding and connection.

  • Family Therapy (Ages 18+)

Support for families navigating change, conflict, or transition, with attention to how each person is affected. Together, we explore ways of restoring balance that feel aligned and support connection.
